Homampour Law Firm Attorneys Arash Homampour and Danielle N. Lincors won an Auto vs. Pedestrian Wrongful Death settlement for $10,025,000. The 2019 incident occurred at a center median that a pedestrian had stood on and subsequently fell into the street. The pedestrian was fatally run over by a motor vehicle. Decedent’s parents sued the Defendants for negligence and wrongful death damages. Although the Homampour team was able to secure a sizable settlement for our clients, it will never replace the loss of their loving daughter.
