We have a lot of people wanting to work for us. We’re again, we’re small volume, so we grow very slowly. We recently just hired someone and we hired her because we need another legal writer. You know, to come work for us, you just basically have to be the best at what you do. Again, I could care less what school you went to, I don’t care what your LSAT scores were, I don’t care what your grades were. What I really want to look at is what is your work product and who are you as a human being? And if you’re a good person who works hard, cares about what you do, you’re well-rounded, and your work product is good then, there’s a chance that you’ll be hired by us.
